For thirty years I was plagued with ill health, low-energy, and severe depression. There were times I’d look at other people who were total opposite of me and I’d think, “Wow, why can’t I feel like that?”

In 2010, I discovered that I was gluten intolerant. When that discovery came about, I decided to try removing gluten from my diet. What was once a discovery became a revelation. Just weeks after cutting out gluten, my body began to feel great! I remember telling my mom, “I haven’t felt this great since I was 12!”

Since then, I’ve done more research, talked with expert nutritionists and have done much self discovery. My health has improved drastically and I have more energy. Oh, and depression? What’s that?

I’m not a medical expert nor do I claim to be one. But the information I provide here come from my own experiences and experts I do speak to.
